CRANSTON, RI — Frigid temperatures are in the forecast in Rhode Island, with wind chills below zero expected throughout most of Saturday.

Communities across the state, including Cranston, have designated warming centers aimed at helping residents stay warm.

The list of warming centers below was provided by the Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency.

Central Library: 140 Sockanosset Cross Road

  • Monday to Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Thursday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
