CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Monday and Tuesday.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in, as well as the time of the arrest, were only omitted when not provided by police.

Monday

3:14 p.m. — Justin Prout, 42, was charged with willful trespassing and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest stemmed from a trespassing complaint at the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.

4:43 p.m. — Norman Lamoore, 64, was charged with two counts of sexual offender address change.

11:38 p.m. — Keane Antonio Marcello, 48, of Attleboro, Massachusetts, was charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct. Police said Marcello was arrested on a warrant in Pawtucket.

Tuesday

2:06 a.m. — Keishla Ortiz Santiago, 27, of Cranston, was charged with DUI (second offense. Police said Santiago's blood-alcohol readings were 0.133 and 0.132. Police said the arrest happened after a traffic stop on Cranston Street.

3:19 a.m. — Adam Argueta, 25, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic assault with a deadly weapon.

1:12 p.m. — Eric Johnson, 53, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

2:06 p.m. — Anthony Santiago, 43, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service from the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.

3:24 p.m. — Paige James, 31, of Hartford, Connecticut, was charged with felony shoplifting and conspiracy. Police said James was turned over to Cranston police at Third District Court.

3:29 p.m. — Stanley Rowe, 44, of Woonsocket, was charged with domestic violation of a no-contact order (third offense or greater).

9:26 p.m. — Christopher Paquin, 44, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order and being a fugitive from justice.
