Feb. 10

9 a.m. — Carlos Zabaleta, 37, of Providence, was arrested on an A&A warrant. Police said Zabaleta turned himself in.
6:30 p.m. — Chrishana Burton, 35, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.

Feb. 11
11:02 p.m. — Talia Lisa, 37, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
Feb. 12
9 a.m. — Joseph Almonte, 42, of North Scituate, was charged with possession of schedule I-to-V drugs (less than 10 grams). Police said the arrest stemmed from a suspicious activity call at the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.
11:35 a.m. — Andre Silveira, 32, of Central Falls, was charged with violating a no-contact order.
1:21 p.m. — Vachagan Ovsepian, 54, of Providence, was charged with willful trespassing. Police said Ovsepian was also arrested on a warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court. Police said the arrest stemmed from a wellbeing check on Oaklawn Avenue.
2:26 p.m. — Kerri Moul, 56, of Providence, was charged with felony shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Lowe's on Garfield Avenue.
Feb. 14
10:11 a.m. — Javier Resto, 54, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, and resisting legal or illegal arrest. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Lowe's on Garfield Avenue.
12:38 p.m. — Michael Acevedo Rivera, 40, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.
3:10 p.m. — Raymond Andrade, 21, of Cranston, was charged with notification of local law enforcement agencies of a change in address. Police said Andrade turned himself in.
