CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Jan. 28 and Thursday.

Names of those arrested or the town they reside in were only omitted when not provided by police.

3:36 a.m. — Dalvin Perez, 43, of Providence, was charged with DUI with blood alcohol level unknown, DUI with a child passenger under the age of 13, and duty to stop at an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle. Police said the arrest happened after a crash on Dyer Avenue.

5:09 a.m. — Thomas J. Gonsalves, 26, of Cranston, was charged with domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct, resisting legal or illegal arrest, and disorderly conduct. He also had two arrest warrants out of the Cranston Police Department.

8:54 a.m. — John Fargnoli, 53, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order.

8:15 p.m. — Merri Perra, 36, of Cranston, was charged with domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

Jan. 29

11:06 a.m. — Kahlil Weiger, 32, of Cranston, was charged with shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service at the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.

6:59 p.m. — Kaci-Anne Munoz, 44, of Cranston, was charged with domestic violence-simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

Jan. 30

6:13 p.m. — Isaias Benavides, 21, of Providence, was charged with vandalism/malicious damage and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest stemmed from a crash in the area of Cranston Street and Gladstone Street.

Thursday

3:39 p.m. — Edward Moniz, 52, of Richmond, was charged with shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Bob's Store on Oaklawn Avenue.

7:54 p.m. — Antonio Esparra, 33, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order (third offense or greater.

9:09 p.m. — Jacob Crandall, 27, of Millville, Massachusetts, was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Cranston police said the arrest was the result of a pickup by Rhode Island State Police from the Lincoln Barracks.
