Here are the unofficial results posted by the state Board of Elections with 96 percent of precincts reporting.

CRANSTON, RI--Here are the unofficial results posted by the state Board of Elections with 96 percent of precincts reporting.

For the three city-wide council seats, the leaders are Steven A. Stycos, Michael J. Farina, and Kenneth J. Hopkins, followed by Sarah K. Lee, Gail D. Harvey, and Amy L. Ricci.

Ward 1 Council

Lammis J. Vargas collected 75.7 percent of the vote and is leading Christopher R. Sparks.

Ward 2 Council

Paul J. McAuley ran unopposed.

Ward 3 Council

John P. Donegan had 67.1 percent of the vote and was leading Derik A. Tutt.

Ward 4 Council

Edward J. Brady had 61.8 percent of the vote and was leading Thomas A. Cappalli.

Ward 5 Council

Christopher G. Paplauskas was unopposed.

Ward 6 Council

Michael W. Favicchio was leading Stephen T. Tranghese.

School Committee

For the City Wide School Committee seat, Michael Anthony Traficante was unopposed. In Ward 1, Sara K. Tindall was leading Michael D. Baer. In Ward 2, Stephanie Giangrande Culhane ran unopposed. In Ward 3, Paul H. Archetto was leading Domenic F. Fusco, Jr.

Vincent L. Turchetta, Jr. was unopposed for the Ward 4 school committee seat; Janice Ruggieri was unopposed for the Ward 5 school committee seat; and Daniel R. Wall was unopposed for the Ward 6 school committee seat.
