Football Schedule 2021: Who Cranston East, West Face This Fall

CRANSTON, RI — High school football is back in Rhode Island this fall. Following a season that was postponed in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic and moved to the spring of 2021, Cranston High Schools East and West are back on the gridiron this fall.

Each school's football schedule is listed below. Both will kick off the season on Friday, ahead of their conference openers the following week. Home games are italicized.

Cranston East

• Sept. 10: 7 p.m. vs Coventry High School (Non-league)
• Sept. 17: 7 p.m. at Bishop Hendricken High School
• Sept. 25: 1 p.m. at Woonsocket
• Oct. 1: 7 p.m. vs Portsmouth
• Oct. 8: 7 p.m. vs South Kingstown High School
• Oct. 15: 7 p.m. vs East Greenwich High School (Homecoming)
• Oct. 23: 1:30 p.m. vs East Providence High School (Senior night)
• Oct. 30: 3 p.m. at Central High School
• Thanksgiving: 10 a.m. at Cranston West

Cranston West

• Sept. 10: 7 p.m. vs West Warwick
• Sept. 17: 6 p.m. at Shea High School
• Sept. 24: 7 p.m. vs North Kingstown
• Oct. 2: 2 p.m. at Burrillville
• Oct. 8: 6 p.m. at Central High School
• Oct. 15: 7 p.m. vs La Salle
