March 9

8:12 p.m. — Samantha Duchesneau, 31, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting and possession of schedule I-V drugs (less than 10 grams). Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.
9:21 p.m. — Christopher Rosario, 23, of Providence, was arrested on six warrants out of Rhode Island Superior Court. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

March 10
10:25 a.m. — Brian Raymond, 51, of Bellingham, Massachusetts, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Police said the arrest came after they pulled Raymond over on Hillside Avenue.
1:53 p.m. — Joshua Torres, 21, of Providence, was charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of simple assault, vandalism, and disorderly conduct.
1:53 p.m. — Brandon Lee Dawkins, 41, of Providence, was charged with domestic breaking and entering and cyberstalking.
5:58 p.m. — Sheri McGraw, 52, of Cranston, was charged with domestic vandalism.
11:27 p.m. — Tyler Sutton, 34, of Cranston, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.
March 11
6:21 p.m. — Mark Andrew Gelfuso, 35 of Cranston, was charged with manufacturing/delivering/possessing methamphetamine, manufacturing/delivering/possessing fentanyl, possession of fentanyl, possession of amphetamine, resisting legal or illegal arrest, visiting a common nuisance/controlled substance, and possession of methamphetamine. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop.
6:21 p.m. — Janel Ramos, 30, of East Providence, was charged with possession of fentanyl and visiting a common nuisance/controlled substance. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop.
6:55 p.m. — Christopher A. Paquette, 37 of Cranston, was charged with manufacturing/delivering/possessing methamphetamine and keeping or maintaining a common nuisance. Police said the arrest happened aft the execution of a court-authorized search warrant.
