Obituary: Josephine G. Zarrella, 85

Zarrella, Josephine G. (Cerio) "Jay", 85, passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family Thursday, May 19, 2016 at home. Jay was the wife of the late Thomas J. Zarrella, Sr. and a daughter of the late Thomas Domenic and Mary Rose (LaFazia) Cerio. She was the beloved mother of Thomas J. Zarrella, Jr. (Lynn), Karen L. Horn (Danny), and Linda M. Fiore (Andrew); loving Nana of Justin, Andrew, Casey, Matthew, Sylvie, Mark, and Nicole; Great Nana of Molly and Charlotte; sister of Thomas, Joseph and Robert Cerio, Agnes Geer, Mariann Millette, and the late Edward and John Cerio.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Rita Church, Oakland Beach Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Sunday 3-7 pm.
