Pawtucket Man Wanted For Cranston Robbery Captured: Cops

The Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force apprehended the Pawtucket man, police said.

CRANSTON, RI — A Pawtucket man wanted in connection with a Cranston robbery was apprehended Friday, police said.

Addison Britto, 31, was arrested about 6:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with robbery and disorderly conduct, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force," according to the release.

"Mr. Britto was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of Cranston Police Department," the release said.
