Missing Providence Boy, 11, Found Safe: Police
Erwin Rivera Ochoa was found sleeping in a parked car on Joslin Street, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — An 11-year-old Providence boy missing since Christmas night was found safely Tuesday afternoon, according to police. Erwin Rivera Ochoa was found near his Atwells Avenue home.
Ochoa left the house around 11 p.m. Saturday, police said, carrying a black backpack and without shoes. He was found sleeping in a parked car on Joslin Street around 12:30 p.m.
He appeared unharmed, and was taken to Hasbro Children's Hospital to get checked out, police said.
