Sen. Reed To Host College Financial Workshop
The annual event helps families prepare for the cost of higher education and also identifies loan options and other resources.
CRANSTON, RI—U.S. Sen. Jack Reed will host his annual College Financial Aid workshop on Monday. The event is at Western Hills Middle School, 400 Phenix Ave., from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The workshop is designed for both current and prospective college students and their families. Speakers will go over aid opportunities and discuss how best to prepare students and families for the financial responsibility.
Panelists include Rhode Island Student Loan Authority representatives, and the College Planning Center of Rhode Island, his office said. More details are at this link: RSVP on my website.
