CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Jan. 28 and Jan. 31.

Jan. 28

6:19 p.m. — Heather Hazard, 47, of Cranston, was charged with possession of fentanyl. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Narragansett Boulevard.

6:19 p.m. — Joshua Nadeau, 45, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Narragansett Boulevard.

8:32 p.m. — Aminullah Faqiry, 35, of Cranston, was charged with domestic assault by strangulation, domestic simple assault, and domestic disorderly conduct.

10:18 p.m. — Jonathan Starks, 62, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

Jan. 29

4:01 p.m. — Matthew McCarthy, 45, of Cranston, was charged with obstructing and officer in the execution of duty. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service at the intersection of Park Avenue and Elmwood Avenue.

9:06 p.m. — John Bartlett, 48, of Cranston, was charged with possession of a schedule I-V drug (less than 10 grams). Police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.

Jan. 30

11:19 p.m. — Nolan Jackson, 37, of North Providence, was charged with DUI (first offense). Police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop in the area of Reservoir Avenue and Route 10 southbound.

Jan. 31

10:45 a.m. — Jonathan Enright, 43, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of the East Providence Police Department. Cranston police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.

11:48 p.m. — Oscar Flores Garcia, 58, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Lowe's on Garfield Avenue.

12:33 p.m. — Ayesha Taylor, 41, of Providence, was charged with two counts of felony shoplifting, conspiracy, and being a habitual offender.
