East Greenwich Holds One Of The Highest Vaccination Rates In RI
The town currently has a COVID-19 vaccination rate of 75.4%.
EAST GREENWICH, RI — The Town of East Greenwich currently has one of the highest COVID-19 rates in the state, according to the latest data from the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH).
The data shows that 75.4% of East Greenwich residents are either partially or fully vaccinated. Barrington also has one of the highest vaccination rates in the state, with 74.3% of people at least partially vaccinated.
The towns with the lowest vaccination rates include Woonsocket and Tiverton, both with a vaccination rate of under 48%.
