Five Things: Schools Delayed One Hour Today

Your guide for life in East Greenwich today, March 19.

Schools Delayed One Hour: Because of the – yet another!!! – snow, Supt. Victor Mercurio has delayed the start of school by one hour.

St. Joseph’s Day: Put away your green sweater – today you’re Italian! It’s the best excuse ever to eat that delicious cream-filled puff pastry known as zeppole. You’ll find them at any self-respecting Italian bakery (of which there are none in EG), as well as Felicia’s, which features a number of different flavors and makes LOTS of them.
