Friendly and outgoing, Angel is ready to steal your heart with his big-boy sad face. This poor guy needs a forever home that will commit to keeping him and give him a loving home for his lifetime, he needs to exhale and be able to live his best doggie life. He’s a handsome Labrador / Rottweiler mix that is about 5-years-old and weighs 80 pounds. A perfect pup in almost every way, he was surrendered due no fault of his own (his owners’ living situation changed and they could no longer have a dog).
Angel is cuddly, moderately active, playful and highly social with people… he’s wiggly-butt-happy to meet you! His short, sleek coat is a gorgeous, deep brown-black color, the kind that changes colors in the sun. Angel is healthy, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for heartworm. He is calm and quiet, crate-trained and housebroken.
Angel needs to be the only pet in an adult home. He walks well on leash, but can be dog reactive and difficult to manage if he spots another animal. Yes, our sweet Angel has a few needs but he will transition nicely in the right home and be your forever and ever Valentine.
