Grand Jury: East Greenwich Man Indicted For Sexual Assault
The Kent County Grand Jury has reported out an indictment against an East Greenwich man, Atty. Gen. Peter Kilmartin's office said.
EAST GREENWICH, RI — The Kent County Grand Jury has indicted an East Greenwich man, Atty. Gen. Peter Kilmartin's office said.Wilson Vitali, 22, of East Greenwich, is being charged with first degree sexual assault. Police allege he assaulted a woman in Warwick on (or around) March 11. Warwick police investigated the case.
Vitali's arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 27 in Kent County Superior Court.
