MSA Seeks Beneficiary For 2013 Turkey Trot

The Main Street Association of East Greenwich is looking for a beneficiary of the 2013 East Greenwich Hill and Harbour Turkey Trot, held on November 30th, 2013 in East Greenwich Rhode Island.  

This year’s Third Annual Turkey Trot 5K will be held in the historic downtown Hill and Harbour section of East Greenwich. The race has been a huge success in its first two years with over 700 racers, and an estimated 1,000 combined racers and spectators in support of the event each year.  

The Hill and Harbour Turkey Trot 5K is a fully sanctioned and certified 5K. The course highlights much of the beauty of East Greenwich, which includes Main Street, the waterfront and the hill district. In addition to the 5K race the festivities include a 1 Mile Fun Run, crafts, and music which will allow the entire community to get involved. 

We are currently in the selection process for the beneficiary of the 2013 Hill and Harbour Turkey Trot. The past two years the race has benefited the East Greenwich Animal Protection Leauge and the Interfaith Food Cupboard.  We look forward to continued success in the future and look forward to finding our next beneficiary.
