North Providence Woman Charged with DUI in East Greenwich
The 39-year-old told police she was coming from a party when she was stopped on South County Trail.

EAST GREENWICH, RI—A 39-year-old North Providence woman was charged with driving under the influence in last week after she allegedly was seen driving erratically.
Chanthy Pak, 39, of North Providence, was stopped on South County Trail on Sept. 17 at around 10:21 p.m.
Police said Pak showed signs of intoxication and failed a field sobriety test at the scene. She reportedly told police she was coming from a party.

Along with the DUI charge, Pak was charged for refusing a chemical test.
Pak was arraigned in Kent County Court on Friday and released on personal recognizance. She's due to return to court on Oct. 3.
