Obituary: John R. Barbour III, 30

John R. Barbour III, 30, died Thursday, April 11. A lifelong resident of Warwick, he was the beloved son of John R. Barbour II and Becky A. (Keller) Rinaldo; stepson of Philip J. Rinaldo and grandson of Elizabeth A. Barbour.

John worked with the Rhode Island National Guard in the maintenance department. He also worked for Bird’s Eye View Helicopters in Newport and Christmas season at UPS. He was a graduate of Tollgate High School, Class of 2001, and had a love for sports, boating, fishing and vintage Mustang cars. He also leaves his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.

His funeral will be held Wednesday, April 17, at 8:30 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., with a Requiem Eucharist at 10 a.m. in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Peirce Street, EG. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown.
