David Blinkhorn, 53, Clean Harbors Equipment Operator

His calling hours and funeral are on Saturday from the Smith-Mason Funeral Home in Riverside.

David (Blinky) Blinkhorn, of Riverside, East Providence, passed away peacefully on Sept. 22, 2013, at home surrounded by his family. He was 53.

He is survived by his loving wife/caregiver, Susan (Corrado) Blinkhorn; his stepchildren, Alicia Corrado and Keith Corrado, and his wife, Crystal; and his grandson, Jayden Corrado. He was the son of Irving Blinkhorn Sr. and Barbara Maguire.

He was an equipment operator for Clean Harbors Environmental Services for the last 22 years before his illness. He is also survived by his brothers, Jim, Dean, Bobby, and Jeff Blinkhorn, and his twin sister, Dawne Ciambrone, and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours for him will be on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 2 to 5 pm with a funeral service at 5 pm in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home, 398 Willett Avenue, Riverside. Burial will be private.
