Dorothy A. Cunha, of Pawtucket Avenue, Riverside, East Providence, died Sept. 24, 2013 at Linn Health Care Center surrounded by her loving family. She was 68.
She was born in Providence, the daughter of the late John and Mary (Amaral) Amaral. She worked as a private duty nurse for 30 years and as a bus driver for First Student for 10 years.
She is survived by her companion, Richard Cabral, of 33 years and her children, Cheryl Quinn of Coventry, John Cunha of Cranston and her grandchildren Christopher, Matthew, Samantha, Andrew and Lauren. She was the sister of Lorraine Kirk of Burriville and the late Arnold, John and Gilda Amaral, Barbara Sears and Marie Ryan.
Funeral services will be private.
