Drunken Pawtucket Hit-And-Run Driver Apprehended: Cops
The Pawtucket man refused a chemical test, police said.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — Rhode Island state troopers apprehended a drunken hit-and-run driver, police said.
Ousseynou Seck, 27, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, duty to stop for a accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle and refusal to submit to a chemical test, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Seck was arrested shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday following a hit-and-run accident on Pawtucket Avenue in East Providence, according to the release.

Seck was processed and arraigned at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, the release said.
