E.P. Banker Takes Over Washington Trust Branch

Maureen Stolhammer appointed vice president and branch manager of Cranston branch bank.

 

Washington Trust has appointed an East Providence woman to manage its branch in Cranston.

Maureen Stolhammer has been appointed Vice President and Branch Manager of the Reservoir Ave. branch of the bank. She is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, growing the branch’s deposit base and loan portfolios and maintaining Washington Trust’s active role in the community.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Stolhammer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She brings more than 30 years of banking experience to Washington Trust.

She previously served as a Branch Manager for Fleet Bank and the Regional Manager of Citizens Bank. The Washington Trust Company is a subsidiary of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., a $3 billion corporation headquartered in Westerly, Rhode Island.
