East Providence Police Hold Art Supply Drive For Schools

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — East Providence police, under K-9 Marty, are doing their part to help the school district's art department.

Police are holding an art supply drive and are asking residents to contribute if they can.

"As we are all aware, those programs are often the first cut from the school budgets," East Providence police said in a Facebook post. "This year, Marty will be fulfilling the wish lists of the art departments!"

The district provided police with a list of art supplies they need, which can be found by scanning the QR code below.

Items purchased outside Amazon are also welcomed and can be dropped off at the police station at 750 Waterman Ave.
