East Providence Police Track Down Accused Target Flasher

East Providence police were credited with finding Eduardo Villagran, a Central Falls man accused of flashing a group of girls in Seekonk.

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — Seekonk police this week credited East Providence police for tracking down a man accused of flashing a group of girls at a Target store in March. East Providence officers on Monday noticed Eduardo Villagran, 39, of Central Falls, acting suspiciously, according to Seekonk police Chief Craig Mace. Officers detained him based on a description of the flashing suspect, Mace said.

Villagran (pictured above) was accused of exposing himself to a group of girls at a Seekonk Target March 20. He was charged with three counts of open and gross lewdness.
