Edward M. Rose, of Wampanoag Trail, East Providence, died May 21, 2013, at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. He was 92.
He was the husband of Olive P. (Phillips) Rose for 67 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Manuel and Rita Rosa.
He was an Army medic in World War II, and he worked as a mechanical drawer for American Insulated Wire for 40 years.
