E.P. Recreation Center Hosts Open House

Here are a few things you may want to know about today in East Providence:

Sunny skies continue with temperatures getting a bit warmer – into the low 70s.

The East Providence Recreation Center, at 100 Bullocks Point Ave. in Riverside, hosts an open house from 4 to 6 pm. You can tour the facility and learn all about the recreation center’s fall program offerings.

The East Providence Area Chamber of Commerce holds its monthly Business During Hours lunchtime networking event at B. Pinelli’s restaurant, 736 North Broadway. It runs from noon to 1:30 pm. 

The Local Advisory Committee for Special Education holds this school year's first meeting at 7 pm in the Martin Middle School Library with new public personnel director Eileen Crudele a special guest.
