Fire Department Looking for Firefighters
A dozen probationary firefighters are being sought by the East Providence Fire Department, especially minorities and women.
The East Providence Fire Department will be recruiting for probationary firefighters in the near future.
The Rhode Island Association of Fire Chiefs (RIAFC) will be offering the Firefighter Physical Performance Test (PPT) for firefighter candidates. Registration dates are Aug. 11, 2013 –Sept. 13, 2013.

You must pass the Physical Performance Assessment and show proof of certification by October 30.
