Maria J. Duarte, 51: Azores Native

Maria J. Duarte, 51, of Taunton Avenue died March 11, 2013 at home. Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, she was the daughter of Maria Rosa (Mendonca) Bolieiro of East Providence and the late Jose do Carmo Mendonca Bolieiro.

Her funeral will begin on Monday, March 18, at 8:45 am from the Rebello Funeral Home, 901 Broadway, East Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 am in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Traverse Street, Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday from 5 to 8 pm.
