Pet of the Week: Orange, White Shorthair Cat

Red is a beautiful orange and white domestic medium hair available for adoption at the East ProvidenceAnimal Control Center. 

Red was found roaming about the parking lot of the East Providence Police Station. While Red was being neutered and vaccinated, the veterinarian noted the the cat had previously sustained a leg fracture that healed crooked, but is stable.

Red is a little shy at first but is a very affectionate kitty. It loves one on one attention. Although a little underweight, the staff is providing him with wet food to give it the extra calories and help it gain some weight.

If you are looking for a loving companion, Red is the perfect kitty for you. You may visit Red at EPACC's facility at 62 Commercial Way.
