Richmond Vandal Apprehended: Police
The Richmond man was arrested following a disturbance in Exeter, police said.
EXETER, RI — A Richmond vandal was arrested following a disturbance in Exeter, police said.
Dylan Gregory, 34, was arrested on a charge of vandalism shortly before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Troopers arrested Gregory after responding to a disturbance on South County Trail, according to the release.

Gregory was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and released with a notice to appear in court, the release said.
State police Lt. Col. Robert Creamer and the state police legal office failed to respond when asked for further information and the police reports associated with Gregory's arrest.
