The Newport Fire Department responded to a report of an overturned boat Monday afternoon in Coddington Cove. Officials said when they arrived, it appeared the vessel had been sunk for several days.Â
No injuries were reported.Â
The boat appeared to be a 15-20 feet in length. The Coast Guard may pull out the water, said officials.Â
