Middletown Police Release Name Of Man Killed In Scooter Accident
The accident happened Monday around 9 a.m. when a passenger car struck the scooter on Valley Road not far from the police station.
MIDDLETOWN, RI -- Police on Tuesday confirmed the Newport man involved in the Valley Road collision has died. Donald Boucher, 56, of Newport, died at Rhode Island Hospital. The accident is still under investigation.
