It’s that time of year again when we set resolutions to better ourselves for the New Year.
Unfortunately, New Year's resolutions are notoriously difficult to keep. Setting goals and meeting them is not an easy task, but there are strategies to help increase your odds.
1.) Set goals that are realistic and achievable. For instance, losing one pound a week is more achievable than setting a goal to lose 35 pounds.

2.) Write down the goal and consider it a draft.
3.) Revise your goal to be quantifiable and specific. A goal to “meet new friends” is positive, but you will have better success with a clearer definition such as, “join a networking group and the photography guild.”
