O'Neill Boulevard is "just north of the police station," Lt. Jason Ryan said. "It actually runs east and west behind the Aquidneck Shopping Center. It is a paper road where Bailey Brook runs through, and then starts again behind BJ’s Wholesale Club and comes out on Valley Road."
