2024 Matthew Sheehan Memorial Scholarship Recipients Named

The Matthew Sheehan Memorial Foundation awarded two college scholarships to South Kingstown residents on June 25, 2024. Graduating seniors from South Kingstown High School, Zoey Siemmao and Sofia Caito, were each presented with a 2024 Matthew Sheehan Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $2,000.

The recipients were selected for exemplifying Matthew’s qualities of humility, kindness, and patience while demonstrating academic excellence and a dedication to serving others. In the fall, Zoey will attend Bryant University, majoring in accounting, and Sofia will attend Sacred Heart University as an electrical engineering major.
