5 THINGS: Ancient Mapmakers, Graduation and Music

CAW! CAW! Lazicki's Bird House and Rescue in the Cherry Branch Plaza at 40 Charles Street is hosting an open house and grand opening along with the Bird Cage Antiques. The starts at noon, and features some grilling and other fun events.

It takes two to make a thing do right. Musical duo Take 2 the in Narragansett from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free!

More (free) music! There will be an organ recital, the 24^th annual Frank Crandall Memorial, at 4 p.m. at . The event is free, and there will be refreshments following the performance.

Bring Niles, Reginald and Jeeves with you for doubles. There will be at Broad Rock from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Look for notable trees! There will be of Canonchet Farm from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The tour is free, and meet in the lot across from the South Beach Pavilion.

Need to go for a swim and/or tan? It is the formal opening weekend for , and . Plus, it’s freakin’ gorgeous out, so take advantage.
