Beach Book Summer Soiree with Hannah McKinnon and Julie Gerstenblatt

Wakefield Books is hosting our first-ever Beach Book Summer Soiree August 12 at The Contemporary Theater. We're going to be talking beach reads with Hannah McKinnon, author of the new novel, The Summer Club.

Joining Hannah will be local author Julie Gerstenblatt, whose debut novel Daughters of Nantucket has become a top-selling title in the store.

The bar will be serving up signature Summer Club cocktails as we enjoy a fabulous discussion with these two authors - and post-event, step outside for live Monday night jazz on the CTC patio.
