District Court Log: April 26 and 27, 2011

A wrap-up of court activity.

WAKEFIELD – The following cases were heard in Fourth Division District Court:

  • Patrick M. Allienello, 47, of 212 Bellevue Court, Narragansett, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $680.50 in assessments, to complete 10 hours of community service, to surrender his license for three months, and to attend DWI school.
  • Nathaniel T. Price, 21, formerly of 900 Boston Neck Road, Apt. #4, Narragansett, and now of 325 Norwich Ave., Norwick, CT, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of possession of marijuana. He was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service, and the charge will be filed for one year.
  • Ryan F. Hall, 22, of 187 Ocean Road, Narragansett, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of larceny of firewood. Hall was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service, to pay $20 restitution, and the charge will be filed for one year.
  • Matthew A. Baryshyan, 21, of 73 Boon St., Narragansett, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of larceny of firewood. Baryshyan was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service, to pay $20 restitution, and the charge will be filed for one year.
  • J. Hudson Lira, 47, of 415A Ocean Road, Narragansett, pleaded no contest to a Narragansett police charge of driving with a suspended license, third offense. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine.
  • Jose Misael Benitez, 27, of 80 Linwood Ave., Providence, pleaded no contest to a Rhode Island State Police charge emanating from the Wickford barracks of driving without a license. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine.
  • A Narragansett police charge of misstatement of age against Brittany E. Ditullio, 20, formerly of 11 Angell Road, Narragansett, and now of 8 Orchard Hill Road, Norwalk, CT, was dismissed. According to court records, Ditullio made a $150 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.
