However, at about 5:37 a.m., police received a 911 call from Coes. She told police that her neighbor – whom she had been arrested for harassing on May 18 – had threatened her with a sniper rifle and machine gun.

Police investigated, and said that Coes had left her house at about 5 a.m., walked into the street and yelled and screamed at the man from the roadway.

Based on the evidence, Coes was charged with providing false information to 911. She was arrested and transported to police headquarters for processing. Because of her mental behavior in the previous days, police contacted a family member in Massachusetts.

However, the family member refused to post bail, and told police that Coes refused to listen to him or to get proper mental health care. As a result, Coes could not post $1,000 bail, and she was transported to the ACI at 1 p.m.
