RHODE ISLAND — Niche recently released its rankings of the best places to live in Rhode Island.

The list ranked 85 communities, townships and villages in the Ocean State to determine the Best Places To Live in Rhode Island, according to the review site Niche.

The list, now in its ninth year, is intended to help everyone from young professionals to retirees decide where they want to live. Niche used Census Bureau and FBI data to compile the list.
