RI Weather: Sunny Skies Ahead Of Rainy End To Week

RHODE ISLAND — Rhode Island has seen two days of spring sunshine this week, but the bright weather isn't here to stay. By Wednesday, rain will move into the area and hang around until the end of the week.

After a sunny afternoon Tuesday with highs in the upper 50s, rain will arrive overnight, stretching into Wednesday and Thursday. The wet weather will continue into Friday morning, before skies will finally clear to head into the weekend.

Expect slightly improved weather Saturday with some showers, and cloudy skies Sunday.
