The winter weather will continue throughout the day Friday, tapering off by the evening. Most of the state will see end times between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., though the southwest corner of the state could see the end a little earlier.

When all is said and done, Rhode Island is expected to see between two and eight inches of snow accumulation, with the snowfall amount highest at the top of the state and lower headed further south. The National Weather Service said there is still a lot of uncertainty about these numbers, however, so all of Rhode Island could see different snow totals.
