The RIDEM Allows PRIX to continue to operate its parking lots
The RIDEM Is Awarding PRIX (James Procaccianti and Joseph Paolino a 20-year parking lot lease on the same parcel they trashed.

The State Properties Committee approved a new 20-year parking lot lease for James Procaccianti and Joseph Paolino of PRIX for 2 of the 3 parcels of land in Galilee, RI. Plutocracy is alive and well in the State of Rhode Island. The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Director Terry Gray, Legal Counsel, Mary Kay, and the Rhode Island Attorney General Lawyer, Greg Schultz all supported the awarding of the new lease. When the State Properties Committee recognized there was no legal suits brought by the State of Rhode Island and the Town of Narragansett to fight the awarding of the new 20-year parking lot lease, and the lease was supported by Greg Schultz of the RI Attorney General's Office, the State Properties Committee granted the approval of the 20-year parking lot lease. No Senator or Representatives from Washington County showed up to fight against this injustice. The Senator of Narragansett and Block Island, Alana DiMario, failed to show up to fight for what is right. Representative Carol Hagan McEntee did not show up. No Narragansett Town Council Members provided testimony. The Narragansett Town Manager, James Tierney did show up and he voiced his opposition to the granting of the new lease to PRIX. I did attend the meeting, and I was able to give my presentation, but sadly, if our elected politicians fail to fight for what is right, then we get in our Town somethings that are wrong with our Town. Here is the video of the hearing:
