Sold Out Ocean Road 10K Coming to Narragansett Oct. 2
Many runners love flat courses that offer scenic views. It's hard to argue there's a course better than this.
NARRAGANSETT, RI—The Ocean Road 10K race is set for Oct. 2 in Narragansett, offering runners a flat and wonderfully scenic course that begins next to an iconic lighthouse and ends at Narragansett Town Beach.
The 2016 race is sold out with 1,300 participants already signed up.
“The race has just grown and grown each year,” said Matthew Gray, President of Gray Matter Marketing, the event organizer. “Runners and walkers are drawn to this beautiful stretch of Rhode Island. It’s right on the water, nice and flat, and you can’t beat the views.”
