South Kingstown Man Caught Delivering Cocaine: Feds
A drug stash house was searched and more drugs, along with a gun, were seized, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A South Kingstown man delivered 3 kilograms of cocaine while under law enforcement surveillance, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Hector Villa, 40, was indicted Tuesday on charges of distributing more than 500 grams of cocaine. Villa was scheduled to be arraigned in federal court Thursday, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Villa delivered the cocaine to another person on June 3, the U.S. Attorney's Office said in a media release.

"He was detained and arrested a short time later," the release said. "The drugs were seized by law enforcement."
After Villa was arrested, a "suspected drug stash house" in North Providence was searched, the release said.

"The search resulted in the seizure of a kilogram of cocaine, a firearm, and various items used in the packaging and distribution of narcotics," according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
