A state trooper was injured early Monday morning after a suspected drunken driver crashed into a pair of cruisers on Interstate 95 South. The cruisers were stopped in the slow lane, with their lights on.
The driver, 22-year-old Katie Tornez, was charged with driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a chemical test.
