Town Of South Kingstown: Façade Improvement Program

The Town of South Kingstown has announced the availability of $1.25 million in grant funds available for improvements to building facades and storefronts located in the villages of Wakefield and Peace Dale.

The Façade Improvement Program is part of the Town’s American Rescue Plan Act economic initiative and is intended to support rehabilitation and/or redevelopment of commercial property; encourage new and expanding businesses; foster revitalization of commercial corridors; and encourage private investment in existing commercial structures.
