Town Of South Kingstown: Recreational Officials Preparing Town Beach For Summer Season

During the month of May, Parks Division personnel will be preparing the Town Beach for the summer season. Winter storms caused erosion that exposed various debris and old pilings along the beach. Crews will on site removing the debris, and sand replenishment will take place following the clean-up effort. The Parks and Recreation Department appreciates the public's cooperation while this work is ongoing. The beach opens on May 25th (weekends only) and seven days a week on June 15th.
