We NEED to Keep the Existing Zoning Ordinances and Floor Area Ratio and Regulate Rentals

My position on the proposed changes under consideration for zoning and the Floor to Area Ratio also know as FAR. In addition, my concerns on how the proposed changes WILL have a devastating effect on Narragansett if these proposed changes go through. The negative impact on these changes is discussed in the video below. Let's Hope Our the Newly Elected Narragansett Town Council Will Listen to the Valid Concerns of the Residents of Narragansett. May Our Elected Leadership follow in the footsteps of Judge Frank Caprio who showed compassion, empathy, and concern to those he served in the courthouse. May our Town Council Members be forever remembered for preserving the integrity of Narragansett and its comprehensive plan and NOT taking actions that will forever cause everlasting hardship to our beautiful Town of Narragansett. May our elected leaders recognize removing the Bulk Zoning Ordinance and making changes to the Floor Area Ration FAR will cause everlasting hardship to our residents of Narragansett and our Narragansett's School System. The issues with our sewer system will be never ending if we do not control and put limits on the number of people in our academic and Short-Term Rentals. The quality of our drinking water and the availability of drinking water is also of great concern. Both Narragansett and South Kingstown have had water bans, BUT there appears to be NO control on the number of people in rentals.
